Mature Services is one of the largest wholesale retailers of perfumes and cosmetics in Europe. We offer a huge range of high-quality original products from leading worldwide brands at very reasonable prizes, while your satisfaction is our principal priority. Besides presenting the widest range of goods, we are also proud of our large warehouse premises, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which enable us to store up to 2 million items in stock. 1. Registration

We’ll send you a price list as soon as possible. Prices are listed in CZK, € or PLN excluding VAT. Please study the price list.

After you have confirmed that you are interested in working with us and following our check (your Tax ID No., ID No.), you’ll be registered and will gain access to our e-shop.

The e-shop shows the quantity of goods currently available in stock and the price excluding VAT.

As a purchaser, you are obliged to promptly inform us of any change in your company data (trade licence number, Tax ID No., address, etc.). A new order can be placed after we have checked and confirmed the new company data.

If you decide that you no longer want to receive any information from us and/or you do not want to be included in our client database, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please note that an inactive customer account will be deleted after 6 months.

2. Order

Our e-shop contains original goods only. We do not sell fakes.

By sending an order customers confirm that they have read and agree with the Terms and conditions.

All orders are final and binding.

Please bear in mind that the shopping basket does not serve as a reservation system. Your reservation becomes binding when you send your order. The order is processed in our system as soon as it is received. No changes may therefore be made to an order.

If an order (proforma invoice) is cancelled in full or in part, the customer is charged a cancellation handling fee of 200 €.

Before sending your order, select whether you want to receive the proforma invoice as soon as possible, or whether you intend to continue ordering. Orders are automatically concluded and invoiced after 10 days.

We do our utmost to ensure that orders sent via our online system are prepared for packing within 2 working days.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products – they are calculated separately after the order has been packed.

Testers are not intended for personal consumption by end customers. Testers may only be used for presenting and testing perfumes or cosmetics on sale in purchasers’ outlets. By ordering testers the purchaser takes account of this fact and undertakes not to use testers for personal consumption or to sell them to end customers.

3. Payment

As soon as the goods have been packed, we issue a proforma invoice including shipping costs. We require that all our customers pay in advance.

Please pay the exact sum to our bank account (see the overview below). Do not forget to state the variable symbol. Your payment will not be identified without the right variable symbol.

If you do not want to pay by bank transfer, you may pay cash on delivery (COD). When paying cash on delivery an additional COD fee is charged at the rate of 2% of the total sum invoiced, including shipping costs. COD payments are only possible for deliveries to CZ, SK or PL.

4. Shipping

We send parcel consignments to the shipping company by 2:00 p.m. on the day the payment is credited to our bank account.

Pallet consignments are dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible, depending on shipping company capacity.

Customers may also opt to use their own transport. They will receive the goods loading details on the day the payment is credited to our bank account. We check for payments credited to our account at least 4 times a day.

Delivery dates and times depend on the conditions of the selected carrier and on your target destination.

5. Claims

When you receive the goods, carefully check that the package is intact. In the event of any damage, immediately fill out a claim form with the driver and take photographs.
A claim cannot be filed for a consignment damaged during transport without this documentation.

After receiving the consignment, check its contents. Any discrepancies should be reported to us within 3 days at the latest. Claims made later will be disregarded.

If only the product packaging is damaged (this does not apply to TESTER products), we offer a 10% discount on that product as standard. If you do not agree with the amount of the discount, you can send the goods back to our address at your expense. Once we have received the goods, you will be issued with a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned product.

We are buying from reliable suppliers. If you think that there is something wrong with the product (smell, quality) kindly please send back to our address and Claim Department will check.

The package must include a completed claim form (can be downloaded here in PDF or in DOC).

The credit note sum will be paid to your bank account.

We are in no way liable for any damage caused to goods carried by the customer’s own means of transport.
